SHIPPING
We provide free worldwide shipping! The estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days on the date of shipment.
Return Window
You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned with all original packaging
Your return request must be submitted within 10 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return instructions.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please mention this when submitting your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, worn, or returned after the 10-day return period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Do we receive a boot bag?
Yes! All of our footwear is shipped with the box and bag.
